Now the time for leaves turn to autumn colors in Kyoto!!
Momiji is a Japanese maple leaf.
It is also a symbol of autumn.
Have you heard about Ohara Sanzenin in north part of Kyoto?
There are temples and nice view of foliage in fall, and cherry blossoms in spring.
They set a term for 'beautiful foliage' from the 28th of October to the 28th of November.
The summer of this year was longer than usual, thus the recommended time for enjoying these leaves would be the end of November.
